“KARAKAN INVEST”, LLC pays special attention to professional training of its employees. We seek to provide to our staff all opportunities for professional and career development. For this purpose we made an agreement with the National University of Science and Technology «MI SIS».

This agreement will ensure cooperation in the domains of scientific research and design and experimental activities. It will also allow training of highly-qualified employees for the group of companies "KARAKAN INVEST", LLC and Russian mining industry.

Purpose and objectives of cooperation between "KARAKAN INVEST" and "MISIS"

The main purpose of the cooperation is: to unite scientific, educational , professional, material and technical potential of the higher education institution and the mining holding company in order to collaboratively complete the following tasks:

developing candidates pool in the mining sector, ensuring a long-term cooperation between higher education institutions and manufacturing companies and improving image of the profession of mining engineer in the eyes of the Russian youth;

forming of a training group on the basis of the Mining Institute that would be responsible for an integrated training of a team of young professionals-students, being educated in mining and engineering professions. Preparing and publishing of a series of educational and methodological literature for training young specialists at the MISIS;

upgrading qualifications of mining specialists, developing professional skills and competences in graduates of the MISIS’s Mining Institute, which are necessary for innovative and practical activities at the enterprises of “KARAKAN INVEST”, LLC;

Collaborative industry development

The immediate plan includes: in-house and on-site trainings, holding of meetings between students and mining industry experts, as well as arranging events aimed for attraction of young professionals to coal extraction enterprises.

Cooperation between “KARAKAN INVEST”, LLC and MISIS will not only promote further development of professional skills of all involved specialists, but also ensure appropriate conditions for training of highly qualified young professionals.
